This policy explains how MODULIB handles personal information collected through our website and waitlist. We believe in plain language — no legal jargon.

Information We Collect
When you join the MODULIB early access waitlist, we collect the email address you provide along with optional survey responses about your collection type, display preferences, and purchase intent. We also automatically collect basic technical information such as your browser user agent, referrer URL, and UTM parameters from the link you followed to reach us. We do not collect payment information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to communicate MODULIB product updates, prototype progress, founding collector pricing, and launch announcements. Survey responses help us prioritise which modules and configurations to develop first. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to building and launching MODULIB.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the MODULIB team. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate our services (e.g. our database provider) or comply with the law.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how visitors interact with our website — which sections are viewed, where people drop off, and how the waitlist form performs. PostHog may set cookies or use local storage to distinguish unique visitors. You can opt out of analytics tracking by enabling the Do Not Track setting in your browser. No personally identifiable information is shared with PostHog beyond what you explicitly submit.
Email Communications
By joining the waitlist you consent to receive occasional emails from MODULIB about product development and launch updates. We will never send spam or sell your address to other companies. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at any time by emailing us directly.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask questions about this policy, please contact us at hello@modulib.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies necessary for the website to function and for analytics purposes as described above. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels beyond PostHog analytics.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as MODULIB grows. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
